REN4WATER and MARENCO start the prototype engineering

The REN4WATER Team is pleased to announce that the collaborative project with MARENCO AG Swiss Engineering of Pfäffikon, Zurich (Switzerland) has started in January this year for the development and production of the first working prototypes of home water purifier, entirely powered by renewable energies.

During the year 2017, the REN4WATER Team had already studied in depth the technical feasibility of the project together with the engineers of MARENCO, through a series of workshops necessary for the complete definition of the design, mechanics and electronics of the machine.
At the conclusion of this intense preliminary study, REN4WATER Impact and MARENCO AG have decided to jointly address the engineering development and production of the first working model of the machine. The project also plans to produce a mini-series of prototypes for shipping and testing on the field in Switzerland and in Africa.
