REN4WATER team: 4 new employees join the project
June 2019
Dear Friends and Supporters, at this point we would like to introduce to you the 4 collaborators who have been working with us since 2018 on the realization of the working prototypes. Their technical skills and their tenacity proved to be very valuable for the modeling and engineering of the machine in a perspective of improvement and reliability of performance for the field tests. As well as help to consolidate the REN4WATER team and communication.
Andrea Berti: systems engineer and IT consultant with decades of experience, he has become the master of our web communication, by publishing news and sending newsletters. Andrea also guided us in launching the first donation campaigns that, thanks to some generous Donors, collect valuable resources in this phase of the project.
Raffaele Pannone: mechanical engineer from the University of Naples and CAD / CAM expert, he acquired the lead of the mechanical design of the manufacturing components, the realization of the plastic elements of aesthetic covering and their integration in the general layout of the machine.
Gabriel Gnaegi: graduated engineer from EPFL of Lausanne with expertise in CFD modeling, he is our engineer of thermal calculations. Gabriel has defined the calculation model of the heat exchange of the machine, which allows us to evaluate and optimize the engineering design.
Michele Barini: electro-technical expert and graduate in Economics from the University of Verona with extensive technical and managerial experience in various HVAC companies, Michele is our sourcing leader. Thanks to his expertise and his network, he is opening various purchasing channels necessary for the supply of key components.
A sincere thank you to Andrea, Raffaele, Gabriele and Michele who decided to make their skills available to the project, to collaborate pro bono like the other members of the association and to commit to the REN4WATER dream: Safe water in every home.
Marco, the Visionary
